Start the day with an energizing breakfast, soothing specialty tea or delicious coffee. At dinner, tantalize your taste buds with Local Petrale Sole with Rainbow Chard and Roasted Red Peppers; Flatiron Steak with Butternut Squash and Bacon; and the ever-tempting Hand Cut French Fries with Parmesan, Garlic and Truffle Oil.

With a passion for soup making, Roots also offers an ever-changing vegetarian Farmer’s Market Soup that’s chunky with the season’s freshest vegetables - a healthy, hearty and satisfying meal at lunch or dinner. When creating our sumptuous soups, we add ingredients including corn, beans, onion, flavorful broth and dashes of love. Start your experience with an extensive selection of American cheeses paired with delightful world wines and spirits, or indulge in delicious seasonal desserts.

The dessert menu offers a delicious selection of treats which also change seasonally such as S’Mores Latte Dark Chocolate Mousse with Graham Cracker Ice Cream and Toasted Marshmallow; Blueberry Croissant Bread Pudding with Toasted Pecans, Dark Chocolate and Blueberry Whipped Cream; Caramel Cake with Sea Salt Caramels, Citrus Caramel Sauce and Whipped Cream; and an assortment of mouthwatering ice cream and seasonal sorbet flavors. The restaurant’s soft décor in tones of fresh green and buttery yellow offer a stylish, relaxed dining atmosphere. Light maple tones, white linen-topped tables, gold limestone floors, whimsical wall sconces, enhancing mirrors, comfortable faux leather upholstery, and custom bronze screens of contemporary leaves -designed by local artist Archie Held - enhance the natural and artistic feel of the dining room. Roots décor supports the hotel’s ‘green’ efforts by offering carpet pads with 100% recycled content and low emission material, maple wood furniture certified by the Forest Stewardship Council Forest Council and energy efficient lighting.
